Craig prepares a full product specification and quotation, with detailed drawings, tiling layouts, drainage planning and wet room falls all worked out before work begins. Your installer gets everything needed to do the job properly, without filling gaps on site.

Installation is carried out under a separate agreement between you and your chosen contractor. Our role is design, specification and technical support around it.

Every design we produce is planned with the manufacturer’s warranty requirements in mind from the start. Waterproofing, vapour barriers, drainage, falls and critical junctions are specified correctly before a single product is ordered. That’s how you protect a long-term investment and avoid remedial costs later.

Installation is the responsibility of your chosen contractor. The wedi warranty is provided by wedi Systems (UK) Ltd, subject to their applicable terms.
